The commitment to a Zero Tolerance Safety Policy at Quality Contractors, Ltd. begins with the first day of employment. Each employee receives the company's written safety policy handbook and submits to pre-employment as well as unscheduled spot drug testing. Quality Contractors, Ltd. also performs background checks on each employee.

Safety training continues with in house, as well as, site specific training. Specialized training for Fall Protection, CPR, and First Aid, Lock Out/Tag Out, Ladders, and Haz Comm is also completed as necessary. In addition to the formal training, Quality Contractors, Ltd. employs full time Safety Management and site specific teams.
